Implementation Manager (Feb 2019 - Feb 2021)
- I onboarded and led six simultaneous implementations with a lifecycle of 6 to 18 months meticulously guiding them through every phase of the project lifecycle.
- I orchestrated design, build, testing, training, go-live, and post-live phases with precision and dedication.
Process Improvement Specialist (June 2019 - Feb 2021)
- I collaborated with Sales and Engineering to redesign product workflows based on client feedback, implemented internal process improvements to enhance team performance, and executed risk mitigation strategies to keep high-risk projects on track and under budget.
Client Success Manager (Sept 2019 - Feb 2021)
- I identified and resolved barriers to customer success and maintained trusted relationships with client executives by serving as a point of escalation for their issues after post live.

Software Implementation Manager (June 2021 - May 2022)
- I led workflow design discussions, managed project progress and issue resolution, maintained executive client relationships, and proactively provided strategic guidance to align with clients' business goals and challenges
I developed technical skills to understand engineering life cycles, backend infrastructure, and frontend architecture , and completed three full stack web applications that can be viewed here.
